How to Upgrade Your Club Pogo Account to EA Network

Pogo accounts become EA accounts. This means you can now access all EA services, sites, and games from a single account. You can keep your favorite games and friends in one place and log in with your account at easports.com, origin.com, help.ea.com and other EA websites. Don't be surprised if your Pogo account is updated earlier than your friends, as the process is carried out for different players at different times. • The following screen appears when it is your turn to update your account. Simply click Next to start the update process.
• Log in with your pogo password and email address to complete the process. You will need to choose a new security question and password for your EA Network account. You will receive an error message when your PC tries to log you in with your pogo password. Delete your old password from your browsing history. With the new security question, you can restore your EA Network account if you forget or lose your password.
• It is finished. This account works for all EA services, games and sites.

If you want to change the security password, email address or password you are using after the update, all you have to do is visit Pogo.com and click on My Account. Now you will be redirected to EA and you can make the desired changes there. 

What if you have multiple Pogo accounts linked to the same email?

You will need to use a different email address for the other Pogo accounts you have created. Here's how to do it.

• Go to www.pogo.com and log in with your new password and your current email address.
• Enter a different email address for each name displayed. Remember which email address is used for which screen name.
• That's it. You are good to go.

If there are pogo accounts that you no longer need, EA consultants can delete them for you. Restore your preferred accounts and work with an EA advisor to delete those you don't use. Write down every pogo account and email address you have. You will need this information to log in to your account.

What if you forgot your pogo username?

• Go to www.pogo.com and look for the "Forgot screen name" page. Enter your e-mail address.
• Check your email address. If it is linked to your Pogo account, you will get a list of your screen names, junk mail and spam filters for the last time.

What will the update do?

Once your account is updated, sign in with your new pogo password and email address instead of your old password and pogo screen name. Your email address is not visible to others. Each pogo account should be linked to a unique email address. Other pogo accounts must be with a different email address. There is no time limit for updating your Pogo account.
